Refund Policy

1. Physical Products

Physical products purchased directly from our website may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused and undamaged at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

2. Digital Products

Due to their nature, downloadable digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. E-learning Courses

Users who cancel their course enrolment within 7 calendar days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, regardless of the number of modules finished. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. External Purchases

We are not responsible for handling returns or refunds for products recommended via third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon). Such inquiries should be directed to the vendor of record.

5. Complaint Procedure

All complaints must be sent to: contact@masterlifeflow.com from the buyer’s registered email address. Please include the order number and nature of the issue. We will respond within 7 business days.
